Vulcan S90 (ヴァルカ・Ｓ９０, Varuka Esu Nainti?) is a main character from Star Ocean: Anamnesis's second episode, known as -Twin Eclipse-. The daughter of Bacchus D-79, she is a Morphus warrior sent to observe the planets Daphtine and Daphtes.

Being a Morphus warrior, Vulcan usually employs a calm and plain tone, and is able to focus on her mission at hand, providing a cold analysis of a given situation. She is very conscious of her father's status as a hero, and wants to follow in his footsteps.
However, Vulcan is also a very emotional young woman. When she gets scolded or when she is glad and emotions rise, her way of speaking becomes childlike. She also cries easily and strongly without much provocation.

Vulcan is a playable character in Star Ocean: Anamnesis and currently has two variants: "Vulcan" and "Maid Vulcan". Her standard, permanent variant uses launchers and is a long-range sharpshooter, and can be awakened.

- Both Vulcan and her father's names come from ancient Roman mythology. In her case, Vulcan was the god of fire including the fire of volcanoes, deserts, metalworking, and the forge.
