Valkyrie Profile -The Purged Wizard- Chapter 1 is a limited event in Star Ocean: Anamnesis. It is the first event of a fully-voiced three-part collaboration with the Valkyrie Profile series, also developed by tri-Ace. It is followed by Chapter 2 and Chapter 3.

Its featured characters are Azure Lenneth and Freya. Defeating the boss yields the titles 5☆ "Godspeed Valkyrie" (神速の戦乙女, Shinsoku no Sen'otome?) and 6☆ "Creator Goddess" (天地創世の女神, Tenchi Sōsei no Megami?).
