Tiffan Delacroix (ティファン・ドラクロア, Tifan Dorakuroa?) is a supporting character in Star Ocean: Integrity and Faithlessness. He is the first officer aboard the Charles D. Goale, and thus second-in-command to Emmerson T. Kenny.

Story[]
As the first officer aboard the GFSS-2417F, Tiffan is Emmerson's second in command. He may still be relatively young, but he has a good head on his shoulders and is calm under pressure. Not only that, but he is an organizational genius; in other words, someone his boss cannot do without.
Though he may express his disapproval at the uncouth diction Emmerson often chooses, he understands at heart what his captain means and always supports him in his endeavors. Tiffan also happens to be from the same home country as Anne. Moreover, they were both in the same class at the Federation Academy of the Sciences.
