The following is a list of accessories (アクセサリー, Akusesarī?) found in Star Ocean and its remake, Star Ocean: First Departure. Many accessories can be acquired by crafting them from minerals, which can also be equipped as if they were accessories; they mostly halve elemental damage.

All characters (Roddick, Millie, Ilia, Cyuss, Phia, Ioshua, Ronyx, Ashlay, Pericci, T'nique, Welch) can equip accessories. However, both Ioshua and Phia have a fixed accessory by default that cannot be swapped, so their choices are limited.
