Storyline wise, it is the final area in the game.

A special space where Luther's data is stored.
It is ordinarily protected by countless powerful defense programs, which have been arranged in such a way as to guard its precious data against attacks from other cities in 4D space.
At present, it is protected by additional programs as well. These additional programs have been set to operate at their fastest possible processing speeds, and as a result, the entire space itself is extremely unstable.
