Siren's Lament #01 is a limited event in Star Ocean: Anamnesis, and the first part of the collaboration with Persona 5 Royal. The story is continued in Siren's Lament #02.
Its featured characters are Joker, Yu and Makoto. Defeating the boss yields the titles 5☆ "Wanderer of Hearts" (心の彷徨い人, Kokoro no Samayoi Hito?) and 6☆ "Master of the Psyche" (心理の識者, Shinri no Shikisha?).
