Shelby (シェルビー, Sherubī?) is an enemy boss from Star Ocean: Till the End of Time. He is accompanied by two Black Brigade Soldiers. A stronger version, called Vengeful Shelby, can be fought in Sphere 211.
Strategy[]
To defeat Shelby, the player should start out by avoiding him and focus their attacks on the soldiers, eliminating them as fast as possible. Afterwards, one should start using the most powerful attacks and battle skills to knock down Shelby's health. For a boss, he does not have much HP, which helps for the battle trophy.

- Basic 1 - Weak attack (4% Fury; HP damage; low chance to knock down).
- Basic 2 - Strong attack (11% Fury; HP damage; low chance to knock down; average chance to stun).
- Basic 3 - Weak attack (11% Fury; HP damage; low chance to knock down and stun; average chance to "back").
- Ice Breath - Weak attack.
- Giant Swing - Weak attack.
