Sahariel (サハリエル, Saharieru?) is a boss enemy in Star Ocean: The Last Hope. A large dragon-like beast, Sahariel is the third Grigori found by the crew of the SRF-003 Calnus.

A monster created when an Armed Dragoon was absorbed by the Grigori onboard the Cardianon mothership. It attacks with the multitude of weaponry installed in its body. When its upper body is fully upright, it spouts powerful beams and deadly lightning. Its vital core is usually hidden inside its body, but there might be some other way of getting to it...
Strategy[]
Sahariel's attacks are not too damaging. It uses physical attacks and some blast attacks; at close range, it uses its clawed arm swipes or bites. It can throw party members into the air as well and attack while airborn. If a character is behind, it swipes with its tail.
Defeating Sahariel isn't too difficult due to its low damage output. It happens to have a weak spot on his lower chest which isn't visible at the start of the battle, but reveals it when he rears back to perform certain attacks. One can use skills like Edge's Stampede Slash to interrupt Sahariel's attack and deal more damage. Bacchus comes in handy with his high HP and powerful attacks, particularly his Galvanic Shock.
