Rufus (ルーファス, Rūfasu?) is a guest character who appears in Star Ocean: Anamnesis, and a major character from Valkyrie Profile 2: Silmeria.

The only half-elf in existence other than Odin, Rufus was designed as a spare body for Odin should the need arise and was given the Ring of Mylinn to prevent his aging, but Rufus refuses to accept his fate. He roams Midgard in the hopes of discovering a way to escape the god's influence.
