One of the researchers at Symbological Facility Prime who disagrees with Alma's immoral methods, Raffine decides to aid Fidel and the others in their mission. Her most fervent wish to for Relia and Feria to be emancipated from their tragic lives as test subjects.

Raffine is a non-playable character in Star Ocean: Integrity and Faithlessness, but she makes a playable appearance in the spin-off Star Ocean: Anamnesis as a 4-6☆ Healer and staff-wielding symbologist.
