Proclaimers (代弁者, Daiben-sha?) are enemies from Star Ocean: Till the End of Time. While the party explores Moonbase, they are confronted by a Proclaimer that simply tells them that mankind has gone too far and must be purged. From then onwards, they appear as regular enemies. They are a type of Executioner.
Defeating the Proclaimer at the Moonbase, in the PlayStation 4 version, earns the "Angelic Executioner" trophy.
Strategy[]
The Proclaimer boss from Moonbase is capable of dealing a fair bit of both HP and MP damage. The player should stay on guard and, when it starts to look like it is charging up, try to interrupt or try to avoid the following attack. Interrupting is the better choice because it damages the enemy and protects party members. One should make sure to use strong attacks and battle skills often. If one upgrades weapons previously, its HP total seems like a lot, but it won't be a problem.
The Proclaimer boss fight on Styx is no different from the last. The player mainly has to watch out for MP damage. Something to keep in mind is that, right after, one must fight another boss without the chance to heal, so when about to finish the Proclaimer, one should do it with a good amount of health.
