Pavine (パヴィヌ, Pavinu?) is a supporting character and antagonist from Star Ocean: Integrity and Faithlessness. He is a general serving in Alma's rebel faction who is tasked with retrieving the young Relia.

- Anti-federation officer working for General Alma in the 530s (S.D.). Having been ordered to reclaim Relia, who was being used as a test subject, he faces off with Fidel many times.
- He is very hostile toward the federation, and believes they are using their power to suppress Kronos.
- Pavine has a foul mouth, and his vocabulary consists mainly of words such as "worms" and "idiots."
Story[]
A general in the Kronos army, his orders are to recover Relia from Fidel's band of adventurers. Pavine lives by the mantra of "might makes right," and is extremely prideful, which means his preferred method of solving conflicts is to hack whoever opposes him to unidentifiable pieces. Coupled with his truculent attitude is a seething, dogmatic hatred for the Pangalactic Federation.
Gameplay[]
In Star Ocean: Integrity and Faithlessness, Pavine appears as a enemy boss. In Star Ocean: Anamnesis, however, he is a playable character.
