Man-Eating Tree (食人樹, Shoku Jin Ju?) is an enemy found on planet Lemuris in Star Ocean: The Last Hope. It is a difficult enemy, mostly due to its short-range area attack flurries and symbology. It is advised to rely on Reimi and Lymle's long-range attacks to defeat them.

A mobile tree found living near the Silent Forest on Lemuris. Said to be an ancient tree transformed into a monster, it moves by working its roots like a set of feet, flailing its branches like arms to attack. After killing its prey, it spreads its roots over the body to absorb nutrients.
