Luther (ルシファー, Rushifā?, lit. Lucifer) is the final boss of Star Ocean: Till the End of Time, fought in Spiral Tower at the end of the main storyline in two rounds: this battle and the second.
The theme "Moody Goddess" plays during the encounter.
Strategy[]
Luther's first form is rather easy. He uses his spear with almost all his attacks and it is very easy to dodge. With either HP or MP damage he should be defated in no time but, as the player must fight the next form without healing, they should replenish the party's HP/MP near the end of this battle. While Luther likes to dodge close-range battle skills, the long-range ones should work very well.

- Basic 2 - Strong attack (11% Fury; HP damage; average chance to knock down, high to stun; may Fury drain).
- Basic 3 - Strong attack (11% Fury; HP damage; high chance to knock down, low to stun).
- Basic 4 - Weak attack (6% Fury; HP/MP damage; low chance to stun, average to knock back; may paralyze).
