L'Aqua is a military base in Energy Nede. It is located in an island in the center of the planet, northeast of the Field of Love. It is the headquarters of the Nede Military Force.

Star Ocean: The Second Story/Second Evolution[]
L'Aqua is first visited before the first assault on Phynal. Unfortunately, the siege failed, and the only survivors were Nall and the party.
Later, before the second and final assault on Phynal, the party visits L'Aqua again in order to prepare for the final assault on the Ten Wise Men.
