Inventors (クリエイター, Kurieitā?, lit. Creators) are characters involved in the process of Item Creation in Star Ocean: Till the End of Time. The ability to hire them becomes available after the player's first trip to Peterny, where they must talk to Welch Vineyard at the Craftsman's Guild to get started. After that, the player will periodically be notified of new inventors.
