Heath Bureau (ヒース・ビューロー, Hīsu Byūrō?) is one of the main characters of Star Ocean: Anamnesis, debuting in its third episode, -The Leash Code-. Formerly a subordinate of Jeanne Mathwest in the Larzan army, Heath requests the aid of the GFSS-3214F in the long-standing war with Ober.

Heath is a fit young man with tan skin, dark brown eyes, and brown hair with two light blue streaks above the forehead. Initially Heath speaks to the party with a stiff tone in compliance with military discipline, but since it is quite rude, he drops it when pointed out by Caleen and Henri and starts speaking with a plain tone.
Gameplay[]
Heath is an optional playable character in Star Ocean: Anamnesis, and is a 5☆ base Attacker who uses dual blades, although in his Rush Mode ability "Crossrange Breaker" he uses what appears to be a phaser. His Stinger Edge AF provides a Angel Feather effect.
