"Hearts" is the ending theme song to the anime Star Ocean EX. It is performed by Saori Nishihata (西端 さおり?). The lyrics were written by Maria Kuze, with music and arrangement by Koji Makaino (馬飼野 康二?).

"Hearts" is the first track to Saori Nishitaka's third single, also titled Hearts, released on May 16, 2001. The others tracks are "Souda Kami wo Kitte Miyou" and "no pain no gain". It is also featured in her studio album Swan Valley. The shortened version used in the series is featured in the Star Ocean EX Original Soundtrack.
