Farleen (ファリン, Farin?) is a supporting character in Star Ocean: Till the End of Time. She is a subordinate of Nel Zelpher, the leader of the Secret Legion, and a frequent partner of Tynave during missions. Farleen acts as the brains to counter Tynave's brawn, and seems to favor runology in battle.

Story[]
In the game, she and Tynave are captured by the Black Brigade and must be rescued by the party. She also accompanies Nel, Cliff, and Fayt to the copper mines where she and Tynave are defeated by Albel. In the manga, her bubbly personality is more apparent, to the point where she involves Tynave in a number of absurd plans regarding their missions at the expense of her baffled partner.

Farleen was originally a non-playable character in Star Ocean: Till the End of Time, but she (like Tynave) was made an optional, summonable party member in Star Ocean: Anamnesis.

- Farleen shares her Japanese voice actress with Welch Vineyard.
- Despite Tynave lacking the formal training that Farleen received, Tynave is paid more than her (the -Eternal Materials- book confirms twice as much), which the latter accidentally lets slip when the two introduce themselves to Fayt. This is because Nel has an eye towards Tynave’s combat abilities.
