Eliminate Jie Revorse! (ジエ・リヴォースを打倒せよ！, Jie Rivōsu o Uchitaoseyo!?, lit. Defeat Jie Revorse!) is a standard boss event from Star Ocean: Anamnesis.
Its featured units are Roddick and Millie. Defeating the boss yields the titles 4☆ "Beyond Superhuman" (超人類を超えし者, Chōjinrui o Koeshi Mono?) and 5☆ "Superhuman Eulogizer" (超人類を追悼せし者, Chōjinrui o Tsuitō Seshi Mono?).
Story[]
While navigating the GFSS-3214F, Coro detects a massive fluctuation in the fabric of space-time nearby, and tries to to unsuccessfully take evasive action. Engulfed in it, the captain, Evelysse and Coro are transport to the surface of planet Fargett (although Coro cannot pinpoint their location). Before they can figure out their surroundings, Jie Revorse appears and, claming they know nothing of the Muah's suffering, threatens to lock them in this place for all eternity. The party is clueless as to what he is talking about (although Coro recalls once reading the term 'Muah' somewhere), but before Jie can do anything, Roddick Farrence and Millie Chliette intervene—hoping to protect these innocent bystanders—and the dictator retreats.
Roddick and Millie explain that they are in a special area of space-time that Jie created to trap Earthlings and them. Upon further enquiry, they say they were patrolling Kratus, as members of its Defense Force, when they were enveloped in a strange light and transported here, before a foe they had already defeated. With the party's help, they are able to defeat Jie Revorse once again, which causes the space they are in to begin to disappear. Roddick and Millie thank everyone; having a strong feeling they will all meet again, Roddick asks that they share their adventures next time, while Millie says they should share a parfait if they ever reunite. Upon fading, the Captain, Coro and Evelysse find themselves aboard the ship once again, and they get back on course.
