Elicoor II, or more simply known as Elicoor, is the main planet for most of the first part of Star Ocean: Till the End of Time. Fayt Leingod, Cliff Fittir and Mirage Koas crash on it after an attempt to escape the Vendeeni in pursuit of them. They take part in the conflict between the two of its nations, Aquaria and Airyglyph, before the Vendeeni return.

Although this planet is registered in the Galactic Atlas as an underdeveloped planet, since its people are constantly at war, no data is available for the total population of sentient life forms.

There are two known continents on Elicoor II, the continent of Greeton, and the continent of Gaitt. Both of these continents are on the planet's southern hemisphere. Elicoor II's northern hemisphere has a number of island chains, but no continents.

Gaitt is a continent in the southern hemisphere, which divided into three regions. The mountainous southern region is ruled by the military superpower of Airyglyph, the plains in the northeast are ruled by the Sacred Kingdom of Aquaria, and the hilly region to the northwest is ruled by the Sanmite Republic.
Greeton[]
Greeton is a huge continent located to the east of the Gaitt. In fact, Greeton alone accounts for 40% of the entire land surface area of Elicoor II. Greeton has superior technology compared to the other two nations including robotics. Very little is known about Greeton as it closed itself off to outsiders centuries ago.
Story[]
According to a developer interview[1], Elicoorians are the modern day descendants of ancient Nedians who escaped their dying planet Nede on a ship that could travel through time and space. They arrived on Elicoor II several billions of years after the destruction of Nede since their time-travel technology wasn't sophisticated enough to move any faster or prevent the many time-travel related accidents that occured during the journey. The escaping Nedians onboard put themselves in cryostasis and slept until reaching Elicoor II. They brought their writings and symbology with them, eventually giving birth to the Ancient Kingdom of Aquor.
