Cockatrice (コッカトライス, Kokkatoraisu?) is an enemy boss from Star Ocean: Till the End of Time, found inside the Bequerel Mines.

Strategy

A rather easy fight, the player can activate Fayt's Blazing Sword and use constant basic attacks. With a good setup, every swing should be dealing 50-60 MP per hit and may end the battle quickly due to Cockatrice only having 431 MP. The player should have some Sage in the inventory in case anyone is petrified.

• Basic 1 - Weak attack (4% Fury; HP damage; may inflict petrification).
• Basic 2 - Strong attack (11% Fury; HP damage; low chance to stun; may inflict petrification).
• Stone Bite - Strong attack.
• Stone Breath - Weak attack.
