The Charles D. Goale in space
The Charles D. Goale is a Starship in Star Ocean: Integrity and Faithlessness. It has two variations, its first sacrificed to save Relia.
Original ship[]
The Charles D. Goale was originally given to Captain Emmerson T. Kenny as part of his investigations in the actions of Kronos in the Faykreed system. Due to actions against Kronos, the Charles D. Goale was destroyed in an attempt to wipe out Kronos' fleet. Emmerson overloaded the ship's slipspace engine to create a massive explosion, sacrificing the ship.
Charles D. Goale "G"[]
After the destruction of the original Charles D. Goale, Emmerson requests a new ship, the untested "G" variant of the Charles D. Goale. Unlike the prior model, it boasts much more powerful weapons and a new, untested gravitic warp engine. the latter variation was shipped to Faykreed from Remote Station 6.
The Charles D. Goale "G" is the fastest ship in all of the Pangalactic Federation fleet and has some of the most powerful weapons available to the Federation as well.
