Arche Klein (アーチェ・クライン, Āche Kurain?, lit. Arche Klaine) is a guest character in Star Ocean: Anamnesis, appearing during the collaboration with Tales of the Rays. She is one of the main characters of Tales of Phantasia.

An energetic and playful girl, Arche is a half-Elf. She has the ability to use magic and is a powerful magic user in her own right, but due to her half-blood status, she is an outcast to the elves.
