Apprentice Scumbag (見習いチンケ, Minarai Chinke?) is an enemy found on planet Lemuris in Star Ocean: The Last Hope. Aside from being extremely fast, it can steal Fol from party members and escape battle. One should use special arts to ensure they do not run away with fol.

He must accrue a certain amount of spoils before he will be recognized as a full-fledged thief, but simply robbing the first rich-looking target he finds is against the rules; he must make his money bit by bit, striking over and over again and humbly building a name for himself.
