A Powerful Foe Attacks! (アナムネ学園 最凶の敵！？襲来！, Anamune Gakuen Saikyō no Teki!? Shūrai!?, lit. Anamnesis High School: The Strongest Enemy?! Attacks!) is a limited boss event in Star Ocean: Anamnesis which celebrates April Fools' Day.
The featured characters are Evelysse and Michael. Defeating the boss yields the titles 4☆ "Class Idol" and 5☆ "School Hero".

- Strangely, the Racket Staff and Blackflame Gloves were replaced in the Global release, both being instead released as weapon draws. Their place and factors were instead given to the Global-exclusive Celite Rod and Fanged Knuckles.
